Premium Events & Planning Services Inc is an award winning wedding and event planning firm with over 15 years of experience in the event industry providing a premium experience, excellent service and customizing each event to our clients unique style.
We offer everything from full service planning to month of coordination.
DAY OF COORDINATION
Designed for the couple who are hands on and have everything done but want a professional to review all the details and oversee/coordinate the wedding on the “Day Of”.
Our Team works with you one month prior to your wedding date to go over all final logistics and details, create a timeline, and contact all of your vendors the week of to schedule delivery and strike times as well as collecting all insurance waivers.
A certified wedding planner and one event assistant will be on site the "day of" supervising all vendors and making sure everything is running on schedule, queuing in the bridal party for ceremony/reception, and setting up any personal décor, as well as collecting them at the end of the night providing a peaceful day for the couple.
PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE
Designed for the couple who already have a venue and want to be involved in the planning process but trust in the professionals to get the best rates within their budget for the rest of their vendors. We will guide you throughout the entire planning process, review vendor contracts, attend final site visit and tastings.
We will work closely with the couple at least 3 -6 months prior, creating your PREMIUM wedding come true!
PREMIUM FULL PLANNING PACKAGE
Designed for couples who are busy and do not have the extra time to deal with the countless details of the wedding planning process. We will research and call vendors, attend site visits, and suggest creative ideas so you can have your PREMIUM wedding without the stress that often accompanies the wedding planning itself!
We will guide you through every step of the way to make sure no detail is overlooked.
Premium Events and Planning Services also provides professional Photography & DJ services in house.
