Though she is quiet and reserved at first, Meili has a spunky and fun personality that quickly comes to the surface once you get to know her. Her professionalism and attention to detail are what make her stand out as a planner.
Her passion for planning was actually accidental! She always enjoyed a good party and planning for it but didn't discover her talents until she was placed in her previous employers employee activities committee aka "The Fun Squad" to " get her out of her shell" - as her colleagues like to say. As part of this committee she discovered her passion for planning and after almost 2 years as the head of the committee she opened her own planning firm, got certified and the rest is history.
For almost 15 years now she has planned numerous weddings, bridal showers, baby showers and corporate events for companies such as Dillard's, Holiday Inn and Bridal Trade Shows for numerous Marriott Hotels, Briza on the Bay, Atton Brickell Miami among many others.
Currently Meili Ramos is the President for the National Association of Wedding Professionals Miami-Dade/Broward Chapter, 1st VP for the National Board of the National Association of Wedding Professionals and the Entertainment Chair for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life Kendall. As the owner of Premium Events & Planning Services she enjoys making your dream event possible.

Rich comes with an extensive background in the music industry, having had produced numerous artists in the late 80s & early 90s including his sister, freestyle artist Sasha. He has produced and composed many songs, played various instruments such as the piano, drums and guitar. And started DJing since he was in High School. His love of music is obvious.
His other passion lies in photography. He's had the honor to have photographed multiple preliminaries for the Miss Florida USA and Miss Florida Teen USA Pageants as well as the state pageant. He has also been the official photographer/photographed for United Cerebral Palsy, Republic National Distributing Companies, American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, Dillard's, Luxurious Bridal Show, Fashion Shows and many more. He also truly enjoys capturing the magic moments of weddings, quinces/sweet sixteens and other social events.
